I booked the car via Internet, everything seemed fine. When we arrived on Fuerteventura, we went to the office with our e-mail confirmation. A super unfriendly lady didn't find our reservation. No apology or anything, they let us wait 20 minutes without doing anything. After 20 minutes, what a miracle, we got a key. But there was the next disappointment: wrong car. Instead of Opel Zafira we got a Skoda estate which was considerably smaller and very uncomfortable with three people in the back seats. Of course they didn't have another car, thus we took this one. The car was in good repair. On the road, then, a tyre suddenly broke. Luckily there was a spare wheel. When we returned the car we had to pay for the wheel since they believed we continued driving with the broken tyre. I can't recommend this rental since I had never before experienced such unfriendly staff and such a chaos. |
